Sometimes joy is spontaneous, other days we need to coax it to come out and play. Today, we’re making a Joy List! 🌟 Start by opening your journal and writing down at least five things that truly bring you joy.
Got more to add? Continue for as long as you’d like. These could be moments in a day, like the sunrise, or a hug, or experiences like traveling to a foreign country. It’s all up to you.
As you write, take your time so that you can also feel the joy that these moments bring you. That’s it!
When we’re feeling down, it’s easy to forget the things we enjoy, so it can be really helpful to keep a running list of moments big and small that bring us joy. Feel free to add to this list over time!
