Challenges between May 1st and July 31st

Today is the day to try something new! Please don’t let this challenge spin you out. New doesn’t have to mean BIG if that’s not what you’re feeling right now.

If you’re feeling adventurous, follow that energy and book that one way trip to Europe or try a new restaurant. And if it’s hard to get out of bed today, try something like finding a new channel and watching that for a while, or picking up something new to read.

The reality is, new experiences big and small are good for our emotional health. Trying new things gives us a hit of dopamine and makes us feel rewarded. The biggest barrier between you and doing something new is usually fear.

So today, start small, make a micro plan and prioritize fun.
