What did you love to do when you were a little kid? 🎈The things that we got absorbed in as children often provide clues to what’s missing in our adult lives.
Maybe you loved playing in the sandbox, or making potions or drawing. Or maybe you loved riding bikes or playing soccer or collecting snails (no judgment– seriously!).
Today’s challenge is to reach way back into your memory banks and tap into that energy of whatever it is you loved to do when you were a kid.
Then, find a way to do that thing – or something close to it – and notice how you feel when you revisit this familiar happy place. It may seem just like old times, or it could feel altogether new.
Whatever you’re feeling about it is just right. Take notes in your journal and reflect about your discovery.
