Here’s a little something to help with that. Today, think of a few helpful words you might say to a good friend who needs encouragement. Write these down and stick them somewhere you’ll see them multiple times a day, like the bathroom mirror or the back of your door. Some examples for inspiration: “You’ve got this,” or “Remember to breathe!” or “You are stronger than you know.” Feel free to include any quotes that really speak to you too.
