HomeBrighter Days 2023Brighter Days – Day 25’s Challenge Brighter Days – Day 25’s Challenge April 11, 2023Brighter Days 2023 GENESIGHT PRESENTS Brighter Days Challenges between May 1st and July 31st When you’re feeling blue, dancing might not be at the top of your list of activities. However, the benefits from a mini boogie break are so big, you might want to try faking it until you feel it. (Dance may decrease depression and anxiety while improving quality of life, intrapersonal and cognitive skills.) Today’s challenge– you guessed it–take a little dance break. 🕺Grab 3-5 of your favorite tunes and play them in a row as you move your body to the beat, however you’d like. No need for a mirror, a camera or any fancy moves; this is a feeling thing, not a performance thing. After 15 minutes, your official challenge is complete, but by all means, if you want to keep moving, keep moving. Feeling extra alive and good? Snap a photo and share in on social with the hashtag #BrighterDaysChallenge and @Genesight so we can share the love!
