Brighter Days

Here’s an overview of one activity you’ll find inside the Brighter Days Challenge.  The focus of our challenges varies from day-to-day, giving participants range of experiences that are uplifting in unique ways.

It’s often easier to be kind to others than it is to be kind to ourselves.  Here’s a little something to help with that.

Today, think of a few helpful words you might say to a good friend who needs encouragement. Write these down and stick them somewhere you’ll see them multiple times a day, like the bathroom mirror or the back of your door.

Some examples for inspiration:  “You’ve got this,” or “Remember to breathe!” or “You are stronger than you know.” Feel free to include any quotes that really speak to you too. For example, “Be yourself, everyone else is taken.” -Oscar Wilde
