Your GeneSight results are typically processed and available to your provider two days after your kit has been received in our lab. Results are not available before the test has been completed, and we cannot start the request process until results are available in your provider’s portal.
Start by scheduling an appointment with your clinician. (Recommended route) Your clinician will receive your results first. They can walk you through the report, explain what it means, and discuss your treatment options. Your clinician can also send a digital copy of your results to you.
Can't obtain a copy of your report from your clinician? If your test is complete, you can also request a copy of your results by filling out our Patient Report Request Form. Please note that patient requests for results typically take 2 to 4 weeks. We recommend that you meet with your clinician to review your results.
