When’s the last time you had a big belly laugh, the kind where your stomach muscles ached afterwards? If you’re like most of us, it was probably too long ago! Today’s softball challenge: find the funny and take a 15-minute laugh break.
Here are your instructions:
- Find something that makes you laugh (silly videos, a hilarious friend, your dog, or some of the BBC’s Funny Furry Friends video on YouTube)
- Laugh as often and as hard as possible.
